Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is an intestinal hypoglycemic hormone secreted by L-cells in the lower gastrointestinal tract. GLP-1R agonist 1 has the potential for the research of diabetes (extracted from patent WO2021197464A1, compound 4).
