Ifabotuzumab induces tumor cell apoptosis, activates Antibody-dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), and damages tumor vasculature. Ifabotuzumab reduces human idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) CCR10 + cells and improves pulmonary fibrosis.
