Mirodenafil dihydrochloride is a glucocorticoid receptor (GR) modulator Mirodenafil dihydrochloride activates the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by downregulating Dkk1 expression. Mirodenafil dihydrochloride can be used for the research of erectile dysfunction (ED), Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and systemic sclerosis (SSc).
