MQAE
Cat. No.: IBDI-433926
MQAE is a novel chloride ion fluorescence probe excited by ultraviolet light. MQAE, binding bromine ion as ligand, can be used to detect the activity of chloride. MQAE exhibits a reduction of fluorescence intensity with the increase of intracellular Cl - concentration. MQAE has a pH-independent fluorescence intensity basically at a Cl - concentration <50 nM. MQAE has high water solubility and cell permeability, MQAE has been used for fluorescence detection such as confocal microscopy and flow cytometry. Ex/Em=350/460 nm.
