Function Oglufanide (H-Glu-Trp-OH) is a dipeptide immunomodulator isolated from calf thymus. Oglufanide inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Oglufanide can stimulate the immune response to hepatitic C virus (HCV) and intracellular bacterial infections. Oglufanide shows antitumor and anti-angiogenesis activities.
