Pep2m, myristoylated TFA can disrupt the protein kinase ζ (PKMζ) downstream targets, N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor/glutamate receptor subunit 2 (NSF/GluR2) interactions. PKMζ is an autonomously active isozyme of protein kinase C (PKC).
