FeCl3-induced Thrombosis Models
FeCl3 ‑ induced thrombosis model is a widely used, highly reproducible preclinical assay for acute arterial or venous thrombus formation. This model enables precise spatiotemporal control of injury severity, quantitative endpoint measurements (e.g., time to occlusion, thrombus weight, and histomorphometry), and is amenable to both murine and larger animal species.
