Collagen Type IV from Human Cell Culture from Ace Therapeutics is derived from human fibroblasts and epithelial cells in a co-culture system, which creates an in vitro ECM (extracellular matrix) and serves as an excellent biological scaffold for three-dimensional cell culture.

Bovine Collagen Type I from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen derived from bovine tissue. The native collagen sequence contained in the preparation is missing or shortened since this product has been treated with pepsin.

Rat Collagen I from Ace Therapeutics is a high concentration matrix extracellular matrix protein purified from rat tail tendon. This product is capable of polymerizing to form hydrogels and is a purified matrix ECM protein specifically designed and developed for 3D culture.

Mouse Collagen Type I, 1 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from mouse tail tendon. Type I collagen is found in connective tissues and is the major component of tensile strength of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product is widely used as a thin layer on tissue-culture surfaces to enhance the attachment and proliferation of a variety of cells including endothelial cells, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, epithelial cells, etc. In addition, the product can self-assemble into a 3-D supramolecular gel in vitro as an ideal biological scaffold.

This product can form a three-dimensional glue with a certain strength when the concentration is above 1mg/mL and the pH is around 7. Note: This product can quickly gel at RT when the pH is neutral. Keep the temperature as low as possible during the operation.
