| Description | ImmunoHistoMount, an aqueous-based mounting medium, is used for the permanent preservation of immunoperoxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) substrates on tissue sections such as DAB, 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC), 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate/iodonitrotetrazolium (BCIP/INT) and Fast Red/Napthol AS-Mx. ImmunoHistoMount is not compatible with H&E combined staining. |
