Human Collagen Type III from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen derived from adult human placenta tissue, and the product can be used as a coating on tissue culture surfaces to promote cell adhesion and regulate cell behavior.

Human Collagen Type IV from Human Cell Culture from Ace Therapeutics is derived from human placenta.

Bovine Collagen Type I, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from bovine skin. Type I collagen is found in connective tissues and is the major component of tensile strength of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product is widely used as a thin layer on tissue-culture surfaces to enhance the attachment and proliferation of a variety of cells including endothelial cells, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, epithelial cells, etc. In addition, the product can self-assemble into a 3-D supramolecular gel in vitro as an ideal biological scaffold.

Collagen Type IV is a common component of the basement membrane. Mouse Collagen Type IV from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen derived from murine engelbreth-holm-swarm (EHS) tumor, and the product can be used to regulate cell growth, differentiation, and tissue formation.

The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is a sterile solution dissolved in 6mM HAc, with a concentration of 5mg/ml. Each batch of products passes cell culture testing (including three-dimensional space culture) to ensure quality reliability. Note: Please keep the entire operation at a low temperature on ice because rat tail collagen I at room temperature can quickly form a gel.

Collagens Type IV is derived from bovine tissue treated with pepsin. This product does not gel and needs to be mixed with collagen type I-A.

Canine Collagen Type I and III, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from canine collagen. Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen and is found in connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, dermis, and blood vessels. Type III collagen is the second most abundant collagen in tissues and is found most commonly in tissues exhibiting elastic properties such as skin, lungs, intestinal walls, and walls of blood vessels, which resembles other fibrillar collagens in structure and function.

Collagens Type I-P is pepsin-solubilized Type-I collagen derived from pig tendon. The product has low viscosity, making it easy to handle and form gels.

Bovine Collagen Type I from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen derived from bovine tissue. The native collagen sequence contained in the preparation is missing or shortened since this product has been treated with pepsin.
