Mouse Collagen IV from Ace Therapeutics is a stromal extracellular matrix protein purified from a murine engelbreth-holm-swarm (EHS) tumor. This product can promote cell adhesion in cell and tissue cultures as well as be used as a hydrogel or thin coating for tissue culture vessels.

Rat Collagen Type I (Atelocollagen) from Ace Therapeutics is purified from the rat tail tendon. Type I collagen is found in connective tissues and is the major component of tensile strength of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The product is widely used as a thin layer on tissue-culture surfaces to enhance the attachment and proliferation of a variety of cells including endothelial cells, fibroblasts, hepatocytes, epithelial cells, etc. In addition, the product can self-assemble into a 3-D supramolecular gel in vitro as an ideal biological scaffold.

The rat tail collagen I provided by Ace Therapeutics is prepared according to the Birkedal-Hansen method through acetic acid extraction, sodium chloride precipitation, and disodium hydrogen phosphate precipitation. This product is a sterile solution dissolved in 6mM HAc, with a concentration of 5mg/ml. Each batch of products passes cell culture testing (including three-dimensional space culture) to ensure quality reliability. Note: Please keep the entire operation at a low temperature on ice because rat tail collagen I at room temperature can quickly form a gel.

This product has the advantages of high purity (SDS-PAGE>85%), low endotoxin, and easy storage and transportation, making it convenient for customers to prepare the required concentration.

Human Collagen Type IV, 0.1mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from human cartilage.

Collagens Type IV is derived from bovine tissue treated with pepsin. This product does not gel and needs to be mixed with collagen type I-A.

Collagen Type VI is a multi-domain ECM. Its heterotrimeric chains pack into a microfibrillar network through tetramerization and tail-end linkage. Human Collagen Type VI from Ace Therapeutics is a purified collagen from adult placenta tissue. This product is usually used for coating and can also be added to cell culture fluid.

Bovine Collagen I from Ace Therapeutics is a purified stromal extracellular matrix protein from fetal bovine extensor tendons and is pepsin-treated to remove telopeptides. This product promotes cell adhesion for cell and tissue culture.

Rat Collagen Type I and III, 10 mg from Ace Therapeutics is purified from rat tissue. Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen and is found in connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, dermis, and blood vessels. Type III collagen is the second most abundant collagen in tissues and is found most commonly in tissues exhibiting elastic properties such as skin, lungs, intestinal walls, and walls of blood vessels, which resembles other fibrillar collagens in structure and function.
